A Duesy

What’s amazing is, the fact that I’m writing right now. At least by my standards, I would not think I would have the energy to do what I did today:

  • I drove my friend to Willington (2.5 hours) and drove back
  • On my way home I stopped by the gym and did a workout
  • I did a bathroom demolition job
  • Got home and then exercised some more

Yes, it may not seem like much, but in the course of the day, I probably brook my record of most miles in a day driven (I drove for 7 hours). What’s more I learned a very hands on “in your face” tutorial about plumbing. The shower we were removing busted a valve and left myself and partner soaked, and it resembled a Three Stooges sketch.

Maybe someday soon I’ll go into more detail, but I want just at least make this post as a reminder of a crazy, exciting and exhausting day.
